Data retention & deletion policy

We keep data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, and delete it when the client or account it belongs to is removed. Deletion respects our multi-tenant model: erasing one agency’s or client’s data never affects another’s.
The raw page HTML and PageSpeed responses we capture while assessing a site are the exception: they are working material rather than results, so they expire automatically 30 days after an assessment runs. The scores and findings derived from them are kept as part of your history.

Disconnecting a Google account
When you disconnect a client’s Google Analytics or Search Console account, we immediately delete the stored access token and stop syncing any further data. Marketing figures already captured in past assessments are kept as part of that assessment’s historical record, so your progress over time stays intact. To erase that historical data as well, delete the client or close the account.
Deletion requests
- Delete a single client from its Settings tab — this removes the client and all of its data.
- Close the whole account from Settings — this deletes the agency and every client’s data.
- For any other deletion request, contact us and we will action it within the window above.
Scheduled expiry
We do not currently auto-expire data on a fixed schedule; deletion is driven by the events above. Time-based expiry may be added in future and this policy updated accordingly.
